MS Silicone Sealant

Main Uses: Bonding and sealing of various materials and their interfaces, including glass, stone, metal, wall panels, etc.; secondary bonding and sealing for insulated glass; many other construction and industrial applications.

Application Summary:

1. Before using this product, conduct a compatibility test with the substrate to confirm suitability for application.

2. Clean and dry the surface of the substrate before application.

Application Method:
Use dedicated dispensing machinery (two-component dispensing machine) for application.
Mixing Ratio: A/B components should be mixed in a 10:1 volume ratio.

Product Features:

1. Excellent aging resistance, resistant to rainwater, acid and alkali corrosion, easily handles harsh weather conditions.

2. Good bonding properties, generally no need to apply any adhesive at the bottom; it generates excellent adhesion on the surface of bonded materials (such as most construction materials like glass, aluminum, steel, etc.) after curing.

3. Adjustable curing speed: Based on your needs, adjust the A/B component ratio to achieve rapid and deep curing, benefiting the construction process.

Storage Life:

1. A and B components should be stored separately in a cool, dry place, with storage temperature below 27°C.

2. Under these conditions, the product's shelf life is 12 months.

Note:

  1. Do not apply in outdoor high-temperature environments where the substrate temperature exceeds 40°C.

  2. Not suitable for surfaces of materials that exude oils, plasticizers, or other organic solvents.

  3. Not recommended for areas that are continuously submerged in water or consistently wet.

  4. To ensure good adhesion of the insulated glass sealant, the surface of the bonded material must be clean, dry, and free from contamination.

  5. Perform a simple compatibility adhesion test on the bonding substrate before application, and only proceed if the test is successful.
