Product Details:

The two-component silicone sealant is specifically designed for insulating glass sealing, with adjustable curing speed, fast deep curing, short curing period, and mechanized application, which facilitates the construction process. It is non-corrosive to building materials such as metals and coated glass, and does not require a primer to achieve excellent bonding and sealing performance with most construction materials.

1. Application Method:
To ensure optimal performance of Component A, the glass and spacer components should be thoroughly cleaned, degreased, and kept dry before applying the sealant.

2. Operating Procedure:
When using, generally mix the components A and B in a ratio of A:B = (10-15):1 by weight. The application time should be greater than or equal to 15 minutes, and the surface drying time should be less than or equal to 2 hours, until uniformity and color consistency are achieved. Apply the sealant in one direction to avoid air entering the sealant, which could reduce its performance.

3. Precautions:

1. Any unused Component B (black sealant) on the same day must be properly sealed to prevent improper curing.

2. Do not use this product with low-quality butyl sealant strips or butyl sealant for making insulated glass. Any resulting quality issues are the responsibility of the user. Finished insulated glass should not be exposed to direct sunlight before installation to prevent air ingress and cracking.

3. Acidic glass sealants should not be used for fixation.
